The first time I ever ate Vietnamese food was when I was in Vietnam. I didn’t know half of what I was eating or drinking, but it’s food that is most certainly worth flying halfway around the world for. The food here is like crack, which is funny because I don’t do crack, but I imagine it to be amazing if it taste like Vietnamese food. Here’s a sampling of some of the things we’ve tried thus far.
