The Grand Canyon: Exploring One of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World


With billion years of geological history and hundreds of miles of breathtaking views, it’s easy to see why the Grand Canyon is one of the 7 natural wonders of the world. Located in the state of Arizona, the Grand Canyon is visited by millions of people each year, including  hiking, kayaking and photography enthusiasts alike.

It was easy to get to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas, where we were lodging for a few days. We decided to go through Grand Adventures Tours since they had the highest reviews on all the review sites we looked at. Besides the very long four-hour ride each way, the day was amazing and well spent. For $150, we got round trip transportation, breakfast, lunch, and fantastic tour guide. Our guide, Dan, was extremely knowleadable about the area and very accommodating.
